Legal

Terms governing access to TaskerArmy.

Terms for website access, accounts, billing, engineering jobs, approvals, acceptable use and limitations.

Direct answer

Terms governing access to the website and Shopify engineering software.

Access

Users must be authorized to connect and modify the Shopify stores they submit.

Account owners and invited team members are responsible for accurate information, credential security, role assignment and compliance with Shopify and third-party terms.

Product scope

TaskerArmy provides well-defined Shopify engineering workflows.

Supported work may include audits, plans, theme changes, QA and staging previews. The service may pause, refuse or escalate requests that are unsafe, ambiguous, unsupported or outside the declared product boundary.

Approval

The merchant remains responsible for reviewing and authorizing production consequences.

Automated checks and previews reduce uncertainty but do not replace business, legal, brand or operational judgment. Users should test material changes before publication.

Plans and Engineering Runs

Pricing, plan capacity and Engineering Run consumption follow the current order or channel.

The product should show expected consumption before execution. Final terms must describe renewals, cancellation, top-ups, failed or unsupported jobs, refunds, taxes and Shopify Billing rules exactly as implemented.

Content and code

Customers retain rights in their store content and authorized materials.

The agreement should define the license required to process theme code, generated output ownership, third-party licenses, confidentiality and restrictions on unlawful, infringing or abusive requests.

Availability and liability

Service levels, warranties and liability limits require an approved commercial agreement.

The website should not create guarantees that are absent from the signed terms. Governing law, jurisdiction, suspension, termination and liability language require Spanish legal review before final publication.

Next step

Connect the store. Start with evidence.

Connect your store, review the audit and choose the first change you want TaskerArmy to prepare in staging.
